In this class, we studied the differences between -ed/-ing adjectives.
We learnt that -ed adjectives are used to describe the person who has the feeling:
I'm bored
And -ing adjectives are used to describe the person or thing that causes the feeling:
The film is boring.
We did some grammatical practice in the coursebook. (ex.4a,b,c,d)
Then an oral activity which consisted of interviewing our classmate to guess how emotive s/he was.
After that, we listened to a psychologist talking about how to succeed at learning new things. We had to tick the tips we heard and then write an exmaple of each. (T3.3).
We finished the session with the Practical English section in the book(p.48). We listened to Mark asking directions and completed a gapped text. After that, we put into practice the new structures and vocabulary with an oral activity (p.117/120).
